You may have noticed that JM Posner have just brought out a New Slushie Maker – and to mark the occasion we’re sharing our favourite recipes, both alcoholic and non alcoholic with you. Whether your serving children or adults, both will love your creations.
Cool Cocktails – You can get creative in your own home, without spilling out big bucks on cocktails in town. Entertain at home with amazing cocktails for a fraction of the cost of a few cocktails in bars. You can practically pay for your slushie maker in the savings you make from a few cocktails!

Slushie Smoothies

NOTE: Reduce the running time for the slushie maker when you reduce the amount of liquids.

Each recipe below can make a maximum of 32 oz if recipe is doubled, or 8 oz if the recipe reduce by half. These recipes are for 16 oz to give you the options of serving size.

For all Smoothie recipes below: Add All ingredients into the slushie container and allow the unit to run for approximately 20 minutes to achieve a slush like smoothie.

Orange Creamsicle

  • 10oz Skim Milk
  • 3oz Orange Juice
  • 3oz Sunny D Orange Beverage
  • 1/8tsp Vanilla extract

Mango Madness

  • 6oz Pureed Mango
  • 3oz White Grape Juice
  • 2oz Skim Milk

Mix ingredients together in a container or bowl before pouring into the slushie container.

NOTE: Fresh fruit drinks should be blended first to achieve optimum results.

Peachy-Keen Smoothie

  • 4oz Peaches
  • 8oz Pineapple Juice
  • 2oz Lemon Juice

Important:Mix ingredients together in a blender then place in slushie container.

Cappuccino Cooler

  • 8oz Chilled Espresso Coffee
  • 2oz Milk
  • Sugar (to taste)

This recipe requires more sugar than an average coffee.

Alcoholic Slush Recipes

To make slushie Cocktails, add the alcohol ingredients at the end of the process, as alcohol doesn’t freeze.

Strawberry Daiquiris

  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 2 TBSP Sugar
  • ¾ cup Rum

Piña Coladas

  • 1 ½ cups Pineapple Juice
  • ¾ cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 TBSP Sugar
  • ¾ cup Rum

Frozen Margaritas

  • ¼ cup Orange Liqueur
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice
  • 2 TBSP Sugar.
  • ¾ cup Tequila

To complete the affect – salt/sugar the rims of the glasses you will serve in before pouring in the drink.

Frozen Melon Ball

  • 1 Cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Cup Melon, Cubed
  • 1/8 cup Lime Juice
  • 2 TBSP Sugar
  • ¼ cup Vodka
  • ¾ cup Midori

Garnish with melon

Frozen Chocolate Espresso Milkshake

  • 1 cup Milk
  • ¾ cup Espresso
  • ¾ – 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 TBSP Chocolate Syrup
  • ½ cup Kahlua
  • ¼ cup Vodka
