Application
Whole milk: 1L Cream: 100g Base MIACREMA 50C: 50g Sugar: 240g Mix the base MIACREMA 50C with the sugar and the cream, add the mixture with milk and stir until it's completely dissolved. Leave to rest before use. For hot process making with pasteurization at 85ºC.
