Properly heated toppings can be a deciding factor in the quality of concession items or prepared foods. Nachos are disappointing if the cheese cools down too quickly and turns into an unmanageable blob. A hot fudge sundae is called a hot fudge sundae for a reason. If you’ve ever risked poor customer satisfaction with more than one of your products because your toppings wouldn’t remain at their proper temperatures, then you need JM Posner’s double heated pump dispenser.
This pump dispenser is equally suitable behind the counter of an establishment or set up in a self-service area. Each side can be heated separately up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Toppings can be dispensed directly from a #10 can or from stainless steel insert jars, which are sold separately. This variability means the double heated pump dispenser is ideal for any type of food at any type of establishment, whether nacho cheese at a theatre or hot caramel in an ice cream stand.
This dispenser uniformly heats the contents of whichever container you use. But it also applies heat to the nozzle itself, so that toppings don’t cool down at all until they’ve reached their final destination on the customer’s order.Download Specification PDF
