Since 2018 Carters Cakes have been delighting the people in Lancaster with their cake creations. This family run business knows the importance of treats that not only look good but taste even better. As a mother daughter team, their focus is on bringing something outside the “norm” to their customers, and judging by the pictures they have supplied this is definitely something that they achieve.

It was almost 3 years ago now that Carters Cakes found JM Posner through some online feedback (thank you to all our customers) and made the decision to add some of our fillings and coatings to their existing products.

- Sacher White: As a hugely versatile product, Carters Cakes utilise this product in a huge number of ways, from drips to coatings and even filling cookie pies. Is there nothing this product can’t do?
- Lemon Filling: With the flavour and texture so close to that of a lemon meringue filling, Carters Cakes have found this to be the perfect product to use when filling their “lemon meringue” inspired cookies and blondies.
