If you are ordering chocolate, please bear in mind that our couriers do not use refrigerated vehicles, and chocolate products may melt in transit. With this in mind orders containing chocolate will be held back and our customer service team will be in contact with customers whose orders are being affected. 

If you are planning to melt your chocolate then this may not be an issue for you, but orders of curls and chunks would be at risk of melting and unfortunately, we will not be able to offer refunds for melted chocolate.
