Repairs and Service

We are happy to collect any goods from a customer if they agree to the following terms:

The goods must be packaged in original packaging if possible, or packaging of a similar protection. We do not accept any liability if the product has been damaged in transit due to poor packaging. The packaging should be sturdy with adequate internal packaging such as bubble wrap and/or air pockets.

We will also send the repaired goods back in the same box you send the goods in.

The goods will be collected on the day agreed on this form and if the collection fails, you will be liable to pay for the failed collection. Please Note: Collections are unable to be cancelled on the same day the collection is due to take place, therefore if you will not be able to hand the goods over to the driver, you will be liable to pay for the failed collection.

If you are sending a chocolate fountain we will need to collect the BOWL and BASE

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT SEND ANY POWER CABLES WITH THE MACHINE
