This Bain-marie style appliance is specially designed to hold chocolates at a range of temperatures necessary for dipping, pouring, and otherwise using in a variety of catering functions. The exterior is made of a heat resistant plastic for ease of handling, and it contains a removable stainless steel tray with lid. The bottom and sides of the tray are uniformly heated so that chocolate melts evenly.
