We are looking to put together a recipe book, highlighting our products and the different ways to use them. This is where our customers come in.

The organizer of the giveaway is JM Posner Limited (in short "Organizer" or "JM Posner"). All personal terms used in these conditions of participation have been written in the masculine form for ease of reading but apply equally to both genders. Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.   1. Implementation period: The giveaway starts on 22.04.2025 and ends 2 months later ("implementation period").

  1. Participation: Registration for the giveaway is free of charge. The participant must be a subscriber to the Instagram/Facebook page of JM Posner: https://www.instagram.com/jmposneruk/

    and must message us with a recipe which includes our products and a selection of matching pictures for the recipe. Participation in the giveaway is only possible during the stated implementation period, entries after this time will not be counted. The participant understands this information may be used for marketing promotions as a JM Posner customer and as “recipes ideas” with credit going to the author.

 

  1. Eligibility: Persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and who are resident in the UK are eligible to participate. No prizes will be distributed to participants under the age of 18. Employees of JM Posner as well as all persons involved in the creation of this competition are excluded from participation.

 

  1. Drawing of winners: After the end of the period of implementation, the winners will be determined under exclusion of the public, under guarantee of the random principle and exclusively from the messages received. Winners will be notified directly by a JM Posner representative, and not by an outside party. The winner must then provide their full contact details and address information to the giveaway organizer within 24 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within this time, the claim to the prize will be forfeited without compensation. There is no legal claim, furthermore legal recourse and/or a cash payment are excluded.

 

  1. Declaration of consent under data protection law: Participants expressly agree that JM Posner may process the personal data required for the design, implementation and handling of the prize draw and future promotions. The following data will be collected from participants by JM Posner and stored: first and last name of the participant, address, and name of the company, as well as the creatives that they present to participate in the competition.
