We have sourced a range of seasonal mocktail recipes for you that are perfect for the cooler seasons we find ourselves in. All made using syrups from Toschi.

Mandaina Mocktails

Cocktail with a fruit juice base are always popular on any menu. Our orange-based cocktail uses ginger beer for a warmer taste during the cold weather.

Ingredients

30 ml Mandarin Toschi Syrup

60 ml Orange Juice

Orange Peels

Ginger Beer

Ice Cubes

Highball glass.

Method

  1. Place your orange peels in the bottom of the glass, followed by the ice.
  2. Add your syrup and orange juice.
  3. Top with ginger beer and another slice of orange peel.

Spiced Apple Mocktails

Spiced Apple Juice

This alcohol-free recipe has all the feel of a mulled wine or spiced apple cider, making it the perfect winter drink. With its sweet flavour, paired with a hint of cinnamon, it is perfect for those winter days.

Ingredients

1 litre apple juice

Orange peel

Cinnamon Syrup

Sugar to taste

Ice

Old-fashioned glass

Method

  1. Place the ice, cinnamon syrup and apple juice in a cocktail shaker and shake until the shaker is ice-cold.
  2. Strain into your glass and add sugar to taste.
  3. Top the drink with a slice of orange peel.

Salted Caramel Espresso Martini Mocktails

Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

Try our salted caramel espresso martini for a sweet twist on a classic cocktail. It combines sweet caramel syrup with bitter coffee; all finished with a smooth shot of cream.

Ingredients

1 tsp instant coffee

10 ml Vanilla Syrup

Salted Caramel Topping Sauce

Single cream

Martini Glass

Ice

Method

  1. Dissolve the coffee in 100 ml of boiling water. Add to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and add your vanilla syrup.
  2. Shake until the shaker is cold and icy to the touch.
  3. Drizzle the inside of the glass with salted caramel topping sauce.
  4. Strain in your coffee into the glasses and add 1 tablespoon of cream to each.

Summer Sun Mocktails

Bring back the taste of summer and remember the warmer weather with this fruity mocktail. Sweet pineapple juice, with just a hint of lemon and the brightness of cherry syrup, creates a bright drink for everyone to enjoy.

Ingredients

150 ml Pineapple Juice

Soda Water/Sparkling Water

Fresh lemon

10 ml Amarena Sour Cherry Syrup

Ice

Collins glass

Method

  1. Add our ice to the cocktail shaker with your pineapple juice and shake until ice-cold.
  2. Strain the pineapple juice into your Collins glass and top with sparkling water, leaving a small amount of room.
  3. Using a shot measure, "sink" the cherry syrup by pouring it all in one go.
