3 Pancake Recipes To Show You Care
With pancake day and Valentine's Day so close together, it's a perfect excuse to indulge. We have created three new pancake and crêpe recipes for you to add to your menu. Enjoy them on Pancake Day and all year round.

A Rainbow Crêperpillar
Crêpes are a great option for children and grownups of all ages. And our Rainbow Crêperpillar pancake stack is a bright, colourful way to get them involved.
Mix up the toppings to suit your audience and match tastes.
Ingredients:
Pistachio Powdered Food Colours
Fruit and toppings of your choice (we recommend chocolate chips and whipped cream)
Method:
- Make up your crêpe mix as normal and separate into 5 bowls.
- Mix a small amount of powdered colouring into each of the small bowls to achieve the desired colour. A little goes a long way, so add small amounts at a time.
- Using a fried egg ring, cook small crêpes in each of the desired colours and set aside.
- Once you have all your mini rainbow crêpes, lay them out on a serving plate. Overlap them along one edge to make a caterpillar shape.
- Use your desired toppings to create eyes, feet and grass for the Crêperpillar to walk on. Add a little whipped cream to create fluffy clouds.
These bright colourful crêpes are sure to entertain and delight any visitors this pancake day.
Red Rose Crêpes
Bring a touch of romance and elegance to pancake day with roses that everyone will love.
Add this delicious, delicate dessert to your menu and let everyone show how much they care.
Ingredients:

Method:
1. Following the instructions on the bag, make up your crêpe mix as normal. Add a small measure of our red powder food colouring to your pancake batter to create a rich red coloured mix.
2. Pour a measure of batter into a non-stick frying pan to create thin pancakes. Carefully cook your crêpes over a low heat, before flipping to cook the other side. You want them thin and only just cooked to keep the red colour.
3. Carefully cut the crêpe into a spiral shape. Roll from the outside edge towards the centre, following the spiral shape. Creating a red rose
4. Plate flat side down with a drizzle of liquid chocolate and some sliced strawberries.

Delicious Coconut Pancakes

Method:
- Follow the instructions on the bag for creating pancakes. Cook the pancakes to create a stack of fluffy, light pancakes.
