Level Up Your Desserts with Food Tech
Here at JM Posner, providing our customers across the food industry with the best on the market to meet their baking needs is important for us. With this in mind, we are excited to announce the launch of the new JM Posner Food Tech range. Following extensive research and development, we’ve introduced a selection of premium yet affordable colours and flavours for customers.
Colouring Range
Choosing the right types of colours for your products can be confusing. We know that bakers often use food colouring in different ways, from adding it to mixes to painting it on afterward. And discovering the option that suits you is economical and conserves space in your kitchen area.
The market offers a huge range of colours and delivery types, from liquids to pastes, gels to powders. While each has positives and negatives, choosing the right one for you will make your adventure into food colouring a success. With so many options out there, it can be challenging to know which one is the right one for your kitchen.
Our Food Tech range has two food colouring options, a fat based liquid colouring, and a powder colouring.

Fat-Based Food Colouring
Fat-based food colouring come with the major advantage that it works perfectly with any fat-based products. Mix it into chocolate, cocoa butter, cream and so much more, without worrying about splitting, resulting in wasted product. As ours comes in a liquid form, you also don't need to worry about melting it first, and it mixes through easily and smoothly.
With them being liquid form, you can also use them for brushing directly onto a finished product. This allows for a more precise usage, and without adding alcohol.
Our liquid colours are highly concentrated, a small amount goes a long. Also, they don't lose their vividity during baking, ensuring a bright, colourful finished product.
Currently available in: Red, Yellow, Blue, Green and Pink, the colours can be mixed to create a wider pallet.

Powder Food Colouring
Perfectly designed for adding to all your dry mixes, powder food colouring creates a bright, even colour. This makes it ideal for any recipe that requires eliminating extra moisture, such as pastry or meringue. They also stay bright during the cooking process, and your baked items will maintain the strong colour.
You can use them in situations other than baked ones, too. Dry brush them onto delicate fondant work such as petal paste flowers to make them pop. Alternatively, mix them with a little strong clear alcohol to create a bright liquid colour for painting.
The powdered colours in our range are highly concentrated. Even a small amount added to a mix makes a vast difference and with no noticible flavour.
Currently available in: yellow, blue, red, pistachio, black and violet.
Flavouring Range
You can buy a wide range of food flavours, from sweet and savoury to floral. Adding flavours lets you bring greater variety to a menu, without needing extra space.
Just like our colours, these flavours are available in different forms and concentration levels. This opens endless possibilities for the creation of desserts and baked goods. Choosing the best option for your kitchen is key to adding new flavours.
We have added 3 varieties of flavouring to our range. With several flavours available in each enabling customers to find the products that work best for them.

Flavour Pastes
Made with natural ingredients from around the world, our flavour pastes deliver a rich flavour, and vibrant colour. Their thick consistency makes them ideal for using in ice cream, pastry and cakes, as well as for flavouring chocolate.
Available in unique flavours, like rum and raisin, the high concentration of flavour means you can use a small amount each time. Making them good value for money, and also preventing them effecting the texture of any products.
Currently available in: passion fruit, coffee espresso, caramel, vanilla and rum & raisin.

Oil-Based Flavours
With chocolate as our top product, we needed a flavouring that fits our main range. And these oil-based flavourings meet that criteria.
Perfect for blending into melted chocolate, and other products, they are 100% natural, and bursting with flavour. Adding just a couple of drops to any dish enhances the flavour while keeping the fresh taste.
Currently available in: raspberry, orange, bubblegum, strawberry, almond, ginger, Sicilian lemon and mint.

Water-Based Flavours
For a more rounded flavouring option, water-based flavourings are the ideal solution. They are easy to use, and highly versatile.
Use in drinks, including cocktails, milkshakes, and even water, they also suit many food products. Whether you are baking, making cheesecake, or even ice cream, simply add the flavouring to taste.
They also have a hint of colour, further enhancing anything you add them to.
Currently available in: caramel, mint, elderflower, orange, raspberry, cappuccino, blackcurrant.
